OUR RITUALS
Sometimes you need to rest.
Sometimes you need to release.
Sometimes you need to understand.
Sometimes you simply need a space to receive.
Sometimes you do not know what you need yet.
Each ritual offers a different way to reconnect to yourself. Wherever you begin is enough.
Energy
Energy Healing, Reiki, Marma therapy…
A moment to receive. There are moments when your body asks for rest before it asks for answers. Energy Rituals invite you to slow down, soften and simply receive.
Through Reiki, Energy healing or Marma therapy, you are offered a quiet space where your nervous system can settle, your body can rest and your attention can gently return inward.
Nothing is asked of you.
There is nothing to perform, nothing to understand and nothing to achieve.
Only the opportunity to pause, breathe and allow yourself to be supported.
Sometimes, the most healing thing you can do is simply receive.
SOUND
Sound Bath, Sound Healing, Vibrational Touch, …
A journey within you guided by sound and vibrations.
Some experiences cannot be expressed through words.
They are felt.
Sound Rituals invite you into an immersive experience where sound becomes a language of its own. Through Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums and many other instruments, vibrations gently support your body and mind, creating space for deep relaxation, presence and inner exploration.
Every journey is unique.
You may simply find rest.
You may reconnect with emotions, memories or sensations waiting to be acknowledged.
Or you may simply enjoy the experience of being fully present.
There is no right way to experience sound.
Only your own.
Sometimes, what words cannot express can be heard through sound and felt through vibrations.
Exploration
A conversation that begins with what is present.
This Ritual begins with a conversation, where you are invited to arrive exactly as you are.
Bring whatever feels present: a question, an intention, a recurring pattern, an emotion, a life transition, or simply the feeling that something within you is asking to be heard.
Together, we gently explore what is asking for your attention, with love, compassion and curiosity.
Every session unfolds naturally, following the flow of our exchange and responding to what feels most supportive for you in the present moment.
There is no predetermined path.
It may remain a conversation.
It may become more..
It may include: tarot cards, symbolic exploration, energy work, reiki, marma therapy, yoga asana, guided meditation, osho active meditation, numerology or a tabletop constellation. Anything is welcome.
No two Rituals are ever the same, because no two people are.
Rather than following a fixed method, we create a unique experience that honours where you are, what you need and what is ready to be seen.
This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and discover that the answers you are looking for may have been within you all along.
Sometimes, the answers reveal themselves when you stop trying to find them.
Stillness & Movement
Yoga, Osho Active Meditations, Meditations.
A moment of presence through movement or stillness.
Sometimes your body needs to move before your mind can settle.
Sometimes stillness says more than words ever could.
Stillness & Movement Rituals invite you to reconnect with yourself through conscious movement, breath and presence.
Whether through Yoga, Guided Meditation or Osho Active Meditations, each practice creates space to slow down, release what no longer serves you and gently return to yourself.
There is no perfect posture.
No expectation.
No experience required.
Only the invitation to meet yourself exactly as you are.
Sometimes, coming back to yourself begins with a single breath.
Belonging
Family Constellations
A space to discover what shapes us.
We are all part of stories, relationships and family systems that influence the way we experience ourselves and the world around us.
Belonging Ritual invite you to gently explore these invisible dynamics, entanglements and patterns that repeat from generation tot generation through Family Constellations.
Not to change the past.
Not to look for someone to blame.
But to bring awareness, compassion and understanding to what may still be asking for your attention today.
Sometimes, seeing a story differently creates space for something new to emerge.
Because when you understand where you come from, you begin to choose where you are going.
Sometimes, understanding where you come from helps you move forward more freely.
